Katie Price and Peter Andre's son Junior parties in Ibiza

Junior found himself in the VIP section of Ocean Beach Ibiza this week, with the aspiring DJ looking more than happy with the attention after turning 18 on Tuesday.

Junior was tagged in pictures and videos on Instagram as he partied away on the Balearic island.

His father, Peter, had earlier revealed to his Instagram followers that he was struggling to come to terms with the idea of his son going on a lads' holiday.

He said: "Celebrating my 18th birthday the best way possible in Ibiza!

"I just want to say a massive thank you to you all for the birthday wishes and thank you everyone wo continues to support me.

"I'm so excited to see what the future holds and I can't wait for you to hear my new music."

Commenting on his son's Instagram post, Peter said: "Be careful, but have fun."

The Mysterious Girl hitmaker had previously spoken publicly about how worried he was for Junior while dropping him off at the airport, with his self-confessed "sick sort of feeling".

It comes as Peter Andre and Brighton-born Katie Price are reportedly in 'competition' as they try to organise the most extravagant birthday party for their daughter Princess Andre.

The two parents are said to be locked in a battle, each trying to give Princess the most memorable bash for her 16th birthday at the end of this month.

Glamour model Katie Price has allegedly planned a Grease-inspired funfair celebration at her Mucky Mansion, while Peter is organising a prom-inspired party at his huge Surrey mansion, a source told The Sun.
