Some services have been delayed by up to 30 minutes
Train services have been delayed along a rail line following a medical incident.
The line between Worthing and Brighton was blocked after a passenger was taken ill on a train in the Shoreham area.
Although the train has now moved and the line reopened, some services may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.
Customers are advised to check their journey before they travel, with tickets being accepted on Brighton and Hove Buses between Shoreham and Brighton.
A spokesman for Southern Rail said: "We are working to get all of our trains affected back to their advertised times."
