Police were called to a town centre shop after reports of abusive behaviour towards staff.
While out on patrol, officers responded to two reports of young people causing problems at The Range in Newhaven yesterday evening.
A police spokesman said officers will remain in the area and deal with antisocial behaviour “robustly”.

He said: “We have responded to two reports of youths causing problems and being abusive to staff at The Range in Newhaven.
“We will be remaining in the area and will deal robustly with anyone found to be acting anti-socially.
“There’s no excuse to ruin somebody else’s day.”
