This shocking video shows the scene of a fire at a car garage.
The incident, which took place in Quarry Road, Newhaven, last night, was attended by eight fire engines.
Guy Bowes, who saw the fire, said: "At one stage there was a huge fire ball went up, like a mushroom cloud.
"I'm guessing it must have been a fuel tank or cylinder that went up."

Nearby resident Zoe Doubleday filmed the video from her window.
"The noise was pretty loud and something exploded, lighting up the sky," Zoe told The Argus.
"I've never seen anything like it."
Although the incident took place at around 11.30pm last night, three fire engines were still on the scene at 6am today.
A spokeswoman for East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said: "Crews were called to a fire at a car garage, Quarry Road Newhaven
"At the height of the incident fire appliances from Newhaven, Roedean, Seaford, Lewes, Hove, Eastbourne, Barcombe, Brightno Preston Circus and Uckfield were in attendance."
