These shocking photos show clouds of black smoke as a tractor catches fire.
The tractor, on a farm in Peacehaven, went up in flames earlier today.
Taniel Millington, who rents land from a farmer and keeps horses on the farm, said she heard a loud bang and the horses went running.
"I heard a massive bang and saw smoke going up," Taniel told the Argus.
"I called 999 and tried to catch the horses, but they were galloping for about 15 or 20 minutes before I could calm them down."

There were no casualties, but Taniel said a young girl's hair was singed in the fire.
A spokeswoman for East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were called at around 1.30pm to reports of a tractor fire in Peacehaven.
"Firefighters from Newhaven, Seaford and Roedean used one hose reel to extinguish the fire.
"There were no reports of casualties and no other agencies in attendance."
