VETERANS will commemorate the 75th anniversary of the end of the Second World War in a solemn private service tomorrow.
The Worthing Veteran’s Association will hold the small event at Worthing’s Town Hall War Memorial from 10.50am. Members of the public are urged not to attend to ensure social distancing can be observed.
From today until Monday the Armed Forces’ flags will be flown from the town hall.
Worthing Mayor Lionel Harman will attend.
