ARTIST Francesca Grace McLeod is hoping to raise hundreds of pounds by offering one of her paintings up for raffle.
All proceeds will go to the Lost Cats Brighton charity, whichy rescues and rehomes abandoned, unwanted, mistreated, injured and homeless cats and kittens.
Francesca, 29, is exhibiting the painting of her cat, Evie, as part of the Artists Open Houses festival taking place throughout May.
She said: “I’m a huge cat lover myself and I’m really happy to be supporting this great cause.
“I’m hoping that as well as raising some money, by doing this I also help to raise the profile of this wonderful local charity.”
Buy tickets between 11am and 5pm on Saturday and Sunday May 27 and 28, at 28 Montpelier Road for £5 each.
