THE UK's first 100% vegan pizza cafe has opened in Brighton.

Purezza promises a fresh, healthy alternative with its gluten-free vegan stone-baked pizzas

Instead of cows' milk, diners can choose soya, oat, coconut or almond to go with organic and fairtrade coffee, produced in Italy.

Opening at 8am with a wide selection of vegan croissants and sweet treats, there are vegan salads, sandwiches and yoghurts for lunch.

From midday until 10pm pizzas are serevd along with organic and gluten free wines and beers.

A delivery and collection service is now available too.

Purezza is open seven days a week on St James's Street.
