THIS is the dramatic moment brave firefighters tackled a car fire in Brighton.
The crew from East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service were called to Regency just after 10am after a car fire broke out in the affluent area.
Two fire engines rushed to the scene and a pair of crewmen donned breathing gear to tackle to raging blaze and quickly brought it under control.
The scenes were caught on camera by resident Paul Grimstone.
He said: "I do not know how it was started, all the smoke alarms were going off around the square. They removed the remains of the car early this morning."
