A seafront hotel was evacuated after a car fire in an underground car park.
Three fire crews from Brighton fire stations were dispatched to the Thistle hotel in King’s Road, Brighton, at 5.30pm this afternoon after a car caught alight in an underground car park.
Fire crews spent more than two hours at the scene dealing with the fire while the 210 bedroom hotel was evacuated.
