Profile: Mod rock quartet The King Zoots came together in November 2011 in the same small suburban town on the outskirts of London.

Uniting them is a feeling that chart music has become unsustainably dull and bland, and that the nation has lost its cultural identity.

Billing themselves as rock n roll saviours The King Zoots are promising to bring elegance, charm and charisma back to the tired music scene.
