Influences: Queen, The Pixies, Genesis, The Band, Dire Straits, The Who and Pink Floyd.

Profile: The trio of vocalist and bassist Ross Devlin, guitarist Clement Duchemin and drummer John Creigan came together in London after a series of line-up changes.

Grand Parade has since moved to Brighton and released their debut single Begin Today – which is backed by this week’s download on the flipside.

Their sound mixes elements of classic rock, pop and prog, which has been going down well as they play dates across the city.
