Influences: Ben Folds, Tori Amos, Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Elliott Smith and Carole King.

Profile: Originally from Bristol, Alice moved to Brighton in 2002 and launched into the local music scene with the backing of vocalists Amy Tinsley and Jo Wallace.

She signed a publishing deal with Sony/ATV Music in 2007 who funded the recording of her debut album, Reasons I Can’t Speak, which is now available to buy on iTunes. The album, which was produced by Ian Grimble, features 11 passionate piano-led anthems of love and loss, rejection and personal awakening.

As well as performing solo, Alice also collaborates with Emily Baker, Dorie Jackson and Abbo.
