An emerging new restaurant chain is putting the finishing touches to its new eaterie, which will create up to 50 jobs.
Blue Mango, a small Indian chain that is expanding across Britain, is working to finish its Brighton Marina eaterie.
The new restaurant will offer fine Indian cuisine to 150 diners as well as providing 50 new jobs.
Blue Mango Brighton will have chefs including Rakesh Kumar, who is known for using a mortar and pestle to grind his own special secret spices.
The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner seven days a week and will open in late September.
