A pub cellar had to be pumped out after it flooded with water.

East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service was called to The British Queen, The Triangle, Lower Willingdon, near Eastbourne, at 11.23am today to pump out a foot of water and to isolate the electricity supply.

The cause of the flood is still being investigated.
