Residents of Brunswick have supported Brighton and Hove City Council's plans to introduce a new bicycle rack in the area.
Emma Nicklin, 22, of Brunswick Place said: "I really like the idea of introducing the rack, it helps reduce our area's carbon footprint and makes me feel a lot more safe than just tying my bike up outside.
"It would also make the area look a lot tidier"
The bike rack will be situated at the bottom of Brunswick Place, adjacent to the loading bay.
Liberal Democrat councillor for Brunswick and Adelaide Paul Elgood has also backed the campaign and has invited all residents to have their say on the proposal.
