Primal Scream guitarist found dead in home
The ex-guitarist from rock band Primal Scream has been found dead in his home.
Robert Young, also known as Throb, was found dead in his flat in Fourth Avenue, Hove, at 3.30pm on Tuesday.
Young was one of the band's founding members - originally playing the bass on their debut record Sonic Flower Groove, released in 1987.
He left the band after the release of their eighth studio album, Riot City Blues, in 2006.
A Sussex police spokesman said: "Police were called to a report of a man who was found dead in a flat in Fourth Avenue, Hove, at 3.30pm on Tuesday.
"He has been identified as Robert Young, 49, of Fourth Avenue, Hove. His death is not being treated as suspicious."
