Vandals have renamed a village to give it a rude name.
A road sign pointing drivers towards Fulking, in the downs just north of Shoreham, has been defaced with drivers instead being directed to a much ruder place.
Or, to an Austrian village of the same name...
The sign directed contractors to the Fulking Wastewater Treatment Works which is currently under construction by Southern Water
But after vandals took a sharpie to the yellow sign, motorists were instead heading in the direction of the Fu**ing Wastewater Treatment Works.
A picture of the sign was shared on social media platform Facebook.
One person said: "I've always had a secret desire to doctor a Fulking sign."
